Today in the 31-Day Challenge we read…

“For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.”  John 3:17

As wonderful as the Good News is, God’s Story is not just about what it does for us as people. It is good news for society as well. As it does with us on a personal level, the biblical story also comes to bear on every aspect of society. It’s not just people that are in need of renewal. Have you purposefully considered what areas of society can be renewed by practically living out God’s Story as a Christ Follower? In which of these areas has God placed you?

The Day 9 Challenge is to better understand how God’s Story brings hope and restoration at a societal level. Create a list of different areas of society and explain how the Good News comes to bear in each area. In light of this, ask God to show you one area that He wants you to impact for the Kingdom. What is your first step?
