Today in the 31-Day Challenge we read…

“Incline your ear, and hear the words of the wise, and apply your heart to my knowledge, for it will be pleasant if you keep them within you, if all of them are ready on your lips.” Proverbs 22:17-18

It’s important to understand God’s Big Picture Story, but then what? Seeing the overall plan should also lead to specific, practical implications. How does it apply to you personally? God’s Story comes to bear in every aspect of one’s life. Can you identify areas where it does (or at least should) and explain to others how God’s Story makes a difference for you – and for them?

Today’s challenge is to better understand how scripture comes to bear at a personal level. Create a list of different areas of your life and then explain how God’s Story makes a difference in each case.
